Tea party tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable to a new date via your confirmation email, upon date availability. Transferring your tickets must be done at least four (4) days before your original tea party date. Tickets are non-transferrable within four (4) days of your tea time.

How to transfer your tickets to a new tea time:
1. Open your email confirmation.
2. Click the button “Change Booking”. This will take you to the ticketing webpage.
3. Click “Reschedule” and all of the dates/times with available seats will pop up.
4. Select your preferred date/time. Please make sure if you are changing multiple tickets, you pick a time slot that has enough seats left.

Please note that this only works if you are rescheduling at least four (4) days before your currently booked tea time. If you are unable to attend your scheduled tea time and can no longer transfer your ticket, you can call and request your food to be boxed up to-go for pick up or you can send your tickets to someone else so they can attend in your place.

The menu changes each season, but you can expect three finger sandwiches, one scone, and 4 sweet patisseries per person. Tea is bottomless and we have decaffeinated options so you can sip away!

At this time we are not able to accommodate vegan, nut free, gluten free, or dairy free for tea parties. Vegetarian is available upon request.

We begin seating 5 minutes before your tea time. If you would like to arrive early, please hang out outside while our team gets your table(s) ready.

Our dining room fits up to 16 people. If you want to be seated all together, we can seat up to 8 in one large group.

Tea parties are open to all ages! Guests 14 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. All children and adults need their own ticket to attend. Additional guests without tickets are not allowed during our tea parties.

We do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the bakery.

You are welcome to bring small decor items for your table, but we do not allow items to be hung up or be placed outside of your seating area to prevent disruption of other tea parties.
