We are looking for a highly personable and enthusiastic bakery associate to assist us at our baked goods counter.

Duties and Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

 Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.

 Advising customers on baked goods selection and taking orders.

 Portioning, pricing, and packaging purchased items, as well as processing payments.

 Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.

 Preparing coffees and drinks to order.

 Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.

 Reporting low baked goods stock to the Baker in a timely manner.

 Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter and dining room.

 Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day.

 Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the manager.

 Prepping ingredients for the bakers.

 Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for a dishwasher/delivery driver to ensuring a smooth, efficient and guest-ready operation by maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery.

Duties and Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

 Make deliveries of fresh pastries to wholesale partners in the mornings.

 Washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner.

 Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.   

 Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains.

 Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom. 

 Wiping down guest dining tables and cleans guest dishes. Maintains cleanliness of guest dining room.

 Cleans sanitizes and restocks the workstation and ensures all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift.

 Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required. 

 Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery.  

 Supports other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed. 

Qualifications:

 Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. 

 While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a Dishwasher or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant or foodservice environment is a plus.  

 Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
